In the early 2000s, while delving into the postal hiring process, we uncovered a challenge – the Postal Battery Exam 473, a general aptitude test, had a staggering failure rate of nearly 80%. This puzzled us since the exam itself wasn’t overly complex. There had to be another underlying reason for the high failure rate.

Months of intensive research and experimentation revealed the power of preparation. Those who prepared in advance consistently outperformed others, especially in the exam step. This insight led us to develop a comprehensive assistance program that would significantly enhance candidates’ chances of success.

Our online program, available immediately upon registration, provides resources for every phase of the postal hiring process. In April 2019, the Postal Service introduced a new employment exam through a third-party company. This change led us to evolve our program, adapting it to the four Virtual Entry Assessments that replaced the previous Postal Battery Exam.
