Our program is designed to be an optional resource to aid you in your postal job journey. There’s no application fee or charge to take the mandatory virtual assessment. The choice to prepare in advance lies with you.
It’s important to note that if you do not pass a Virtual Assessment, a waiting period of one year applies before you can retake it. During this time, you won’t be eligible to apply for other vacancies within that specific job category. This includes cases where candidates fail to complete the assessment within the designated timeframe, leading to a failure rating.
Additionally, if you pass an assessment but wish for a better score, you won’t be able to retake it for a two-year duration.

Your registration fee covers all aspects, and you’ll enjoy unrestricted access to your resources. If you do not pass all four virtual assessments or receive a job offer within 30 days of your interview, you’re entitled to a FULL REFUND of your registration fee.
